Plain-English answers to the most common privacy questions for this site.

What information do you collect?

Information you provide through the contact form (such as name, email, phone, company, and message). Basic technical data may also be collected automatically (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location) for security and analytics.

How do you use it?

To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver consulting work, maintain site security, and understand how the site is used so I can improve it. I do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Do you share or sell personal information?

I do not sell personal information. I may share limited data with service providers that help run the website (for example: hosting, spam filtering, email delivery, and analytics) only as needed to operate the site and communicate with you.

How long do you keep it?

I keep inquiry and client communications as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet basic business and recordkeeping needs. If you want your information removed sooner, email me and I’ll handle it unless I’m required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.

What are your rights and choices?

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You can also ask questions about what’s stored and why. Email ron@ronhall.org.
